Description
Anafortan is a painkiller used to reduce abdominal pain due to dysmenorrhoea (irregular period/menses). It is a combination of two medicines, camylofin and paracetamol. Camylofin relaxes the stomach and gut muscles and prevents sudden contractions of muscles (antispasmodic).
